This is a RARE and interesting piece. It's an enormous PETCO display case and the ideal cage for a parrot, or any other birds or small animals. Made by Companion Habitats. I originally bought it for my daughter who wanted finches and it was a gorgeous display of drift wood and perches and nests for a dozen birds. The top of the cage is perforated metal allowing you to securely attach any kind of habitat structures to design and create an incredible environment for your pet. There are 2 locking doors on the cage area itself and 2 locking doors on the cavernous storage area beneath. The storage area is terrific because the size of it allows you to store ALL of your supplies in one neat place. The cage is wired with 2 lights in the top and for accessories such as additional lights, heaters, heat lamps, fans, etc. There are toggle switches to control these fixtures as well. The entire top portion is removable. The unit is commercial grade and built to last. It is used and there are normal indications of use. I think the pictures are an accurate example of the general condition. I took pics of it with my refridgerator in the back ground to give an idea of how large this cage is. It measures approximately 6' 5" high and about 3' wide. The interior dimensions are approximately 40" high and 30" wide. Castors can be added to the bottom to make it easier to move around. This item must be picked up from my house in Bellmore, NY 11710. It is solely the buyers responsibility to arrange pick up of the cage.
